Job Description
:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Admin & Market Research Coordinator of the Food Industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting sales administration activities while coordinating market research efforts to drive business growth and development in the food and consumer sector.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales administration and market research coordination within the food and consumer sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to managing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the food and consumer sector.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion and customer acquisition.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and market research findings.
Continuously monitor competitor activities and market developments to stay ahead of industry trends.
Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events as required.
