Purpose

Essential Duties

  • Participate in business enhancements on the Merchant Accounting System, backend processing, and ancillary systems.
  • Will manage team releases, coordinate with internal customers on platform operations
  • Provide secondlevel support for Global internal teams related to the Merchant Accounting System, backend processing, and ancillary systems.
  • Will assist in the creation and maintenance of Merchant Accounting Operations procedures and processes
  • Work on assignments requiring considerable initiative. Understand the implications of work and make recommendations for solutions.
  • Will be available to provide 24/7 oncall support for the Merchant Accounting System
  • Act as a mentor and leader for entrylevel roles

Other Duties

  • Will establish and maintain critical relationships with internal and external customers to ensure work products are delivered promptly
  • Will drive initiatives, collaborate with other teams and resources

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in place of education
  • Minimum four years of Relevant Experience
  • Information Technology Field and/or Bankcard Industry experience
  • Able to work days, Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Must be available for 24/7 On-Call production support.
  • Google Suite experience
  • Merchant Accounting System (MAS) knowledge
