    Company Overview

    The Project Management Office (PMO) Leader oversees the organizational structure that standardizes project-related governance processes and facilitates the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques. This leader is responsible for the process ownership of the Project Management (PM) process within the plant.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Leads and coordinates cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
    2. Fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement among team members.
    3. Develops and implements project management methodologies and standards.
    4. Ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
    5. Cultivates effective relationships with stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
    6. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and emerging threats.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    1. Possesses Professional Project Management (PMP) certification.
    2. Has completed Robert Bosch Project Management Certification (RK PMQ).
    3. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in MS Project and MS Visio.
    4. Exhibits 3-5 years of experience as a project manager or team/group leader in C/D category projects.
    5. Basis knowledge of Agile methods.
    6. Fluency in English at an advanced level.
    7. Hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
