The HR Manager serves as the main HR strategic advisor to the business and works directly with senior leadership, managers, and colleagues to deploy HR solutions.

Specifically, he/she provides HR consultancy and coaching to leaders, managers and colleagues within assigned client group. Based in Mexico City, under the direction of the HR Director in the US. The primary client groups will be colleagues and managers within the Mexico.

The HR Manager leverages business group knowledge to identify and implement HR related improvement opportunities across the business.

Additionally, he/she delivers HR programs and services to ensure the needs of the organization and the business are being met.

Will partner with the business in the areas of employee relations, talent acquisition, colleague engagement, talent management, leadership development, change management, diversity, performance management, workforce planning and compensation planning/implementation.

Will also partner closely with members of the International HR team to ensure successful delivery of HR programs and initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible point of contact for labor matters before Authorities and employees.

Responsible for strengthening and promoting talent development, identifying gaps, implementing acceleration programs for key talent and improvement plans according to demand.

Main steward of the HR processes and policies that facilitate the support the business.

Ensures workforce administration is up to date and complying with internal and external requirements.

Resources Managed:
HR local Budget and local OD budget.
