As Specialist Heath & Safety
you will be responsible of:

Provide support to the medical service team and to the EH&S area with knowledge regarding health, safety, and environmental programs to be implemented and followed.
Develop, implement, and monitor policies and programs in an area of specialty, including initiatives related to corrective or preventive actions, considering all employees who work from home and the office.
Provide employee wellness programs and Employee Assistance Programs to aid in restoring the health and wellbeing of employees through early intervention, professional counseling, and referral.
Manage and administer Work and Family initiatives in support of company objectives, improving the EH&S culture, and engaging with the company.
Wellness and wellbeing knowledge, including legal requirements and competencies, to assure the employees participation in all the programs implemented.
Create, implement, and follow up on programs for ergonomics, mental health, nutrition, and physical activity.

Requirements for this opportunity:

English Full Professional Proficiency
Bachelors, or associates degree preferred
At least 2 years of experience, backgrounds, and certifications or licenses in the areas of occupational health, counseling, environmental health, and safety.
Knowledge of regulations and standards regarding environmental protection and occupational safety and health of personnel working within an organization (IMSS, STPS, SSA, PC, etc.)
EH&S Documentation knowledge.
Demonstrate legal compliance knowledge for local inspections to support EH&S regulatory agencies record keeping.
