Our company is a wholesale distributor of fantasy jewelry, offering a unique and enchanting product line. We are looking for an experienced Sales/Operations Manager to help run our two distribution centers and two showrooms.

Manage daytoday operations of two distribution centers and two showrooms, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently
Manage and develop staff to ensure high performance and productivity levels
Establish KPIs and metrics to track team and individual performance, and provide regular reports and dashboards to senior management
Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize operations and customer service
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service
Collaborate with the Marketing department to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with company goals
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
Monitor industry trends and make recommendations to senior management on new product lines or sales channels

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
3+ years of experience in sales or operations management, preferably in a wholesale or retail environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets
Experience with inventory management and logistics
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
American Visa and advanced spoken english
Knowledge of the fantasy jewelry industry is a plus
