OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Construir y dar seguimiento a relaciones comerciales (de acuerdo a los nuevos negocios pactados). Dando seguimiento a metas de venta, implementación de iniciativas, solución de problemáticas, implementación de proyectos. Para asegurar el cumplimiento de los key drivers establecidos y las estrategias definidas.

FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO

Cultivar la comunicación con partners y seguimiento de metas. Considerando planes de trabajo, metas de venta y seguimiento de iniciativas. Para asegurar los resultados acordados en plan y mantener la satisfacción adecuada de los partners.

Generar y dar seguimiento a iniciativas de ventas. Considerando oportunidades de up-selling y cross-selling. Para potencializar los resultados con los partners y aumentar la fidelización.

Cultivar relaciones rentables a largo plazo. Considerando las necesidades y oportunidades de ambas partes. Para asegurar la continuidad de los negocios y en crecimiento de los mismos.

Dar seguimiento a configuraciones / implementaciones de sistemas. Considerando las necesidades del negocio con los partners nuevos y actuales. Para asegurar la operación adecuada del negocio.

PERFIL DEL PUESTO

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración, finanzas, actuaría

Inglés: Avanzado

Conocimientos Técnicos

Área(s) de experiencia

Área comercial – Gerente comercial de preferencia – 2 años

Área Comercial – Gerente de recluta – 1 año
