RN Motion corporation is looking for a highly skilled product-oriented
Digital Graphic Designer. You will be developing creative content, working with a diverse range of client.

The Digital Graphic Designer's responsibilities include managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, UX/UI, and generate creative ideas in line with the design thinking process.

DAY TO DAY:

Development and execution of creative concepts.
Develop visual brand identities & strategies
Development and adaptation of different materials: Key visual, packaging, retail, digital content
Prepare look & feel proposals for client beadings & Pitches
Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
Provide high quality image editing with Photoshop
Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
Website layout designs for RN MOTION's brands

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design

- +3 years of experience in Digital Graphic Design Experience (degree or equivalent work experience)

UX/UI Development (social media designs)
Experience in product beautification.
An understanding of typography, grid systems, and color theory
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in concept adaptation for different media.
Experience with making basic GIFs and video graphics. Familiarity with video editing is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to articulate design choices and a passion for innovating
Resourcefulness
Flexibility and ability to work with autonomy.
Corporate Design / Design Thinking

SOFTWARE:

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a concentration in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD
Figma

ABOUT YOU:

You maintain high standards for your work and have an excellent eye for detail
Your goal is to work with our design team to complete projects in a fastpaced environment
You will be responsible for completing projects by the assigned deadline
An understanding of performancebased marketing strategies is a plus
Creatively curious and adventurous with an understanding of all social media platforms

Salary 25,000 to 30,000 gross
