- Maintain knowledge and good understanding of the plant/equipment and its conditions.
- Responsible for continuous maintenance and issue resolution, based on work orders.
- Supervise the plant/equipment to ensure optimal setup, work with Quality to minimize defects and rework.
- Supervise the plant/equipment to ensure optimal operation, work with Production to minimize waste and unplanned downtime.
- Monitor the plant/equipment to ensure safe operation, work with EHS to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
- Develop and implement improvements to minimize downtime for line changeovers and cleaning.
- Support the installation and commissioning of plants/equipment.
- Knowledge in electronic, pneumatic, and/or mechanical diagrams.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- +3 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or technical field, preferably in the Flexographic Industry.
- Intermediate English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:
Located at our Avery Dennison Smartrac Querétaro and reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor Department, the candidate will have great professional development, as part of a new team, in a growing industry. The goal of the Facilities and Maintenance team is, through modern maintenance systems, to maintain "business as usual" for plant operations and continuously improve equipment availability/reliability to manufacture quality products in a safe and cost-effective manner. This team will also be responsible for planning and executing CAPEX, including an ambitious Capacity Increase Master Plan.
