- Desarrollo y ejecución de la estrategia comercial regional.
- Identificación y gestión de oportunidades greenfield.
- Venta directa de aerogeneradores y proyectos eólicos.
- Gestión del proceso completo de venta: early stage → RFP → negociación → cierre.
- Relación directa con decision-makers (developers, IPPs, utilities).
- Coordinación con áreas internas (engineering, legal, finance, PM).
- Seguimiento de mercado, competencia y posicionamiento tecnológico.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en ventas de proyectos eólicos.
- Experiencia directa en venta de aerogeneradores (OEM eólico).
- Conocimiento sólido de contratos WTG / EPC / TSA.
- Red activa de contactos en México y/o Centroamérica.
- Perfil hunter, orientado a cierre y resultados.
- Inglés (negociación).
