Position:

We are currently looking for a _Contract Manager_ for our Mexico Branch in Mexico City.

He/She will responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating, and revising contracts related to a pipeline and a compressor station project.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Analyze the contract commercial documents in detail and highlight any issues of commercial impact to be considered during Project implementation;
• Monitor the Project content as it is developed during implementation and analyze any variations with respect to contractual content;
• Analyze all correspondence exchanged with client, subcontractors and suppliers to check any deviations from the content of the contracts and purchase orders;
• Monitor the actual quantities of materials and construction work to identify any over Under performance with respect to the planned quantities and analyze reasons for variations;
• Identify those client requests that are in addition to the contractual requirements and raise a variation claim and negotiate the commercials with client;
• Identify those supplier deliverables that have not met the purchase order requirements and negotiate commercial impacts;
• Identify any subcontractor underperformance and negotiate commercial impacts;
• Ensure invoices for basic contract and any change order are being raised as per the
• Project plan and schedule and are being presented to the client according to the agreed procedure;
• Provide input to the Project reports on the status of invoicing, payments, variation claims, change orders.

Requirements:

• A minimum of ten (10) years management/supervisory experiences in Oil&Gas sector;
• Having or held a similar position in the last 5/7 years;
• Bachelor degree in engineering;
• Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish;
• Availability: starting from March 2023.
