Position Role Type:

Will be responsible of provide disposition to non-conformance products (parts and assemblies) at the Mexicali facility working with other SME (Stress, M&P, Design, etc.).

Daily interaction with the clients to interpret their needs, also help with technical support to the fabrication and assembly cells regarding specs and blueprint interpretation.

Perform analysis on non-conformances related with nacelle systems and create repair guidelines.

Acknowledge external customer requirements (Boeing, Airbus, P&W, MRJ, Bombardier, etc.) Coordinate and monitor through all the business units the different quality notifications, also prepare, schedule and execute the assigned engineering projects.

Perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status. Participate in RRCA Lean Events to reduce defects.

Requisitos:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace Engineering preferred)
510 years' experience in similar role (Aerospace environment preferred)
Experience in metal/mechanical processes used in aerospace.
Experience in fabrication of composite assemblies.
Strong interpretation of drawing, specs, technical writing
Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of basic scope and complexity.
Expresses problems, issues, and opportunities to peers and supervision.
Uses and validates SW and Cl tools to solve problems.
Awareness of assigned tasks and activities on product metrics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work closely as a team with other international locations.
