- POSITION OVERVIEW: The Head of Sales oversees the firm's investments in sales force effectiveness and manages key functions crucial to sales team productivity. Responsibilities comprise planning, reporting, goal setting, sales process optimization, training, program implementation, compensation administration, and recruitment of sales talent. The role is accountable for the overall sales team efficiency and success, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- The Head of Sales may supervise one or more Sales Operations Directors. Spearheads Key Account Sales activities across Africa & the Middle East.
- Designs, implements, and oversees sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
- Ensures high standards of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in sales planning and forecasting.
- Leadership in setting sales team targets aligned with business objectives.
- Equitably assigns sales quotas to maximize financial goals across all channels.
- Creates sales funnels for new and repeat business.
- Collaborates with the team to identify sales process enhancements.
- Prioritizes investments in sales technology for improved productivity.
- Optimizes sales personnel deployment for maximum efficiency.
- Defines performance metrics and management programs for sales success.
- Develops sales intelligence reports and tools for strategic decision-making.
- Establishes comprehensive sales force training programs.
- Designs incentive compensation plans in alignment with business objectives.
- Ensures timely implementation of company initiatives.

- Four-year college degree; MBA preferred.
- Minimum ten years of sales experience in Core Banking Systems or Financial Technology sales.
