Overall responsibilities and duties:
Drive the implementation of projects linked to Digital Transformation in his/her division to improve operational performance in accordance with the Group, BG & Division strategy.
The main missions of the role are:
1. Drive the digital Roadmap and track progress/status. (macro level aligned with Group tracking and micro level as needed)
2. Set up appropriate governance in BG, animate the network, motivate the team, build strong partnerships with all internal and external key stakeholders
3. Ensure resources are allocated upon need to Model Plant deployment (regional support by tool), assess and develop their skills as needed
4. Define training & workshop plan within the scope. Collaborating with other BG Model Plant Leaders to organize cross BG training & workshops
5. Visit, support and coach plants
6. Support improvement of standard Model Plant tools between request from plants in regions, process owners and GIS team
7. Share Best Practices and lessons learnt (capitalized project experience)
8. Coordinate planning of all activities related to Digital Enterprise and CO2 Reduction Initiatives across the division
9. Develop, Organize and Participate in Digital and CO2 Audits around the plants and track
10. Lead definition and execution of the Digital and CO2 initiative roadmap and strategic plan
11. Plan Capex, Opex, and Savings Budgets associated with these projects and track implementation
12. Compile and Complete periodic reporting as required
13. Benchmark Digital and CO2 solutions within Faurecia and with external companies. Monitor the technological developments within the FCM engineering, digital, and automation ecosystems
14. Help design and launch Digital and CO2 reduction solutions and create standards
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations / Project Management in an industrial environment. (Example: Plant/Operations Manager, Program or Project Manager)
Academic: Engineering degree or equivalent.
