Klar is a leading challenger bank in Mexico.

We have been working to democratize financial services in Mexico since 2019 by offering a 100% digital, transparent, free and secure alternative to traditional credit and debit services.

Simplicity, Zero Costs, Cashback, Control, Easy to understand Credit Terms, Fair Credit Assessment and Security.

What is so special about digital banking?

We've built a new banking infrastructure core that aligns with the financial needs of consumers and allows us to service a massive segment of the population in Mexico that has previously been left behind when it comes to financial services.

Klar is making credit accessible to all Mexicans, including those with no credit history.

We are a co-located company with Offices in Berlin, Germany and Ciudad de México, Mexico.

What you bring to the table

Technical (hard skills)

Advanced English. Most communication within Klar happens in English.
Advanced Excel. Knowledgeable in formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.
Intermediate / Advanced in SQL, Python and Tableau is a nicetohave.

Non-technical (soft skills)

Problemfinder and problemsolver. Has the ability to tackle broad questions, identify the right problem to solve and generate solutions for it.
Selfstarter and proactive. Does not require constant supervision, and paces her work; curiosity drives her to find new work streams that help the company's goals.
Organized and structured. Plans, organizes and structures his efforts in order to achieve the most effectiveness in the more efficient way.
Analytical and critical thinker. Leverages available data and searches for new data points to make informed decisions; does not go with the first hunch or the first answer, but tests her answers against data and facts.
Good written and verbal communication skills. Knows how to communicate his findings in a way that others can understand and leverage.
