Job summary
The Customer Support Advisor will ensure the efficiency of the department and provide 24/7 online support via chat methods email and internal sales QIO and all other standard support inquiries and standard support for customers and team members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a customer-first approach by ensuring the highest level of service in every interaction with internal stakeholders Answering and actioning inquiries Live Chats through various different channels eg email chat phone etc Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by providing appropriate solutions guidance Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfied with service provided Maintain in-depth knowledge company products services to provide accurate information support Stay updated new product releases features company policies Ensure compliance company policies procedures regulatory requirements customer interactions Maintain confidentiality customer information adhere data protection regulations Work closely cross functional team ensure timely execution tasks Take ownership assigned tasks projects ensuring meet established standards deadlines Proactively report issues suggestions challenges seek guidance necessary task completion process improvement Maintain up-to-date knowledge new processes systems best practices education credentials Participate complete training programs continuous development skills relevant role Meet exceed performance metrics KPIs related response times resolution rates customer satisfaction scores quality service
