    Lead Regional Payroll Operations LATAM

    We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regional payroll operations in Latin America, supporting over 5,000 employees across eight countries.

    This pivotal role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely payroll and workforce management processes. The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and lead a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class payroll services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement payroll strategies aligned with business goals, considering local and international regulations
    • Manage multiple teams responsible for payroll operations, product enablement, and payroll inputs, ensuring segregation of duties and internal controls
    • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international regulations, and implement robust risk management practices
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to full-time-to-pay processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions
    • Partner with local, regional, and global teams to harmonize and streamline pay policies and procedures
    • Implement strategic initiatives to improve end-to-end time-to-pay processes and enhance operational performance across the region
    • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, strategic initiatives, and operational outcomes to senior leadership
    • Manage annual operating budget, monitor spending, and ensure expenses are within approved limits
    • Act as primary stakeholder for vendor performance, costs, and SLA's

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in payroll management, with regional LATAM exposure
    • Experience designing and implementing payroll strategies aligned with business goals
    • Deep understanding of local and international payroll regulations
    • Familiarity with Oracle HRIS, Oracle EPM, and Dayforce is an advantage
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA/CPA preferred
