Decision Science is an area where we analyze large volumes of data from different sources, with innovative analysis techniques, combined with new technologic platforms, and last generation models, providing solutions and/or identifying areas of opportunity to the business.
We design and implement new strategies, to provide a better service to our customers, developing strategies for several products and channels; we propose and understand KPIs to present synthesized results to senior management.
This lead position requires a deep understanding of the role that analytics and data-driven approach can play across different lines of business and channels.
Key areas of focus will be to work with all stakeholders to design, setup and test advanced analytical solutions that support personalized client-centric strategies focus on mobile app performance and insurance non-branch sales.
The position implies full management responsibility of a team, including management of manager people, planning: performance evaluations, compensations, hiring, disciplinary actions (when required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic interaction with products, segments and channels and their interaction with centers of excellence use case teams and campaign management functions.
- Lead teams in must win battles of the business and set strategic activities that translate into profitable growth.
- Seek out for innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies
- Design, create and optimize a measurement framework for the mobile app analytics that support decision making process
- Full understanding of funnels changes to ensure client engagement & endtoend fulfillment on digital channels
- Attract, develop, and retain a talented and motivated team to achieve objectives
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with all legal and governmental regulations as well as internal policies and procedures.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Mathematics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics or other quantitative field
- 7+ years of working experience in analytics fields and desirable in Digital Banking or related fields
- 5+ years managing people or with a demonstrated leadership role
- Desirable prior experience of working with Adobe to understand the mobile landscape, latest innovations.
- MBA, master's in Digital, Analytics or related desirable.
- English level (spoken & written): Advanced
Skills/Competencies:

- Experience advances analytics methodologies
- Negotiation, leadership, and communication (storytelling and data visualization) skills
- Project management; Agile and Scrum knowledge desirable
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of consumer banking products desirable

- Interpersonal skills; ability to create synergies with other teams
