NEORIS **As a digital accelerator we help companies step into the future Currently we are looking for a Kotlin Developer.

Principal Skills:

Have published apps in the App store or Play store
BS/ MS CS with relevant experience
Indepth knowledge of mobile app development frameworks, programming languages (e.g., Swift, Java, Kotlin), and relevant tools and technologies. Familiarity with frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Proficiency in designing scalable, modular, and maintainable mobile app architectures. Strong understanding of architectural patterns, such as MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture. Experience with cloudbased architectures and microservices is beneficial.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex technical problems. Capacity to make sound architectural decisions considering tradeoffs and business constraints.
Experience in leading and mentoring development teams. Ability to provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Proactive approach to staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in mobile app development and architecture. Willingness to continuously learn and improve professional skills.

20% Plans and Aligns Collaborates with other team members in agile processes; Creates new and better ways for the organization to be successful; Works the Product Team to ensure user stories are valuable, developer ready, easy to understand and testable; Delivers multimode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; Adapts approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations; Relates openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
10% Supports and Enables Helps grow junior engineers by providing guidance on modern software development frameworks, and leading technical discussions
