Demand Planner

The Demand Planner is a critical role within Optimas, responsible for driving business growth through effective demand planning and forecasting. This position plays a key part in shaping the company's future by leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate demand forecasts for assigned customers and parts, utilizing industry-leading tools and software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and supply chain partners to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.

In order to succeed as a Demand Planner at Optimas, you will need excellent analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Statistics is also preferred. Additionally having knowledge about any other type of data analysis,
a strong sense of urgency,
a customer-oriented mindset,and ability work under dynamic fast-paced environment would be advantageous.
