What you'll do:

You are responsible for the growth of Emma Sleep in USA market
You will lead a team that continuously optimizes our business and develops new initiatives to help fuel growth
You will lead a team that conducts research to identify and lead business opportunities, growth areas, trends, services, and overall brand proposition
You will supervise and streamline both backend and consumerfacing business operation platforms between the company and 3rd party suppliers
You will build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
You will identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
You will screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financial
You will enhance the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests

What you'll bring to us:

You have already acquired experience of 6 years or more in the field(s) of consulting, management, startups and digital Marketing and are ideally already in a leading role of a successful startup / or Ecommerce company
You are fascinated by fast scalable business models
You like to think and act rationally and effectively
You are a selfstarter and can work independently
You are curious and hungry to learn
You have a very good command of Excel
You are not afraid to negotiate, train, manage and above all to learn perpetually, and as quickly as possible
You have the ability to think strategically on short term and longterm goals
You have strong analytical skills and learn quickly
You like to take on responsibility and can work independently
You have drive, ambition and a genuine interest in how to grow business
