Purpose Statement
Support the International Sales Organization by providing training administration, logistic support, and materials management for the International Training Managers.


What we are looking for in you:

  • BA or BS Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Learning and development department
  • Demonstrated success working in a fastpaced, matrix environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact
  • Demonstrate Business Acumen and business alignment. Ability to speak the language of the business
  • Must be able to interact with and influence senior leaders
  • Experience implementing Learning and Development Strategy that supports the business.
  • Strong knowledge of progressive Learning and development programs, processes, and tools
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills and demonstrated ability to analyze and utilize data to influence business decisions.

  • This position will support Learning and development processes, specially for the Commercial areas
  • This position will be the country ́s leader and point of contact of the Sales Certification Process
  • Based in Mexico City
  • Availability to travel about 10% of the time and willingness to visit the field when needed to obtain important insights for the role.

Main Responsibilities:

This position plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs within Mexico ́s organization.

These responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Training Needs Analysis:
  • Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps in training needs within the organization
  • Collaborate with managers and department heads to understand specific learning requirements
  • Training Development/Creation:
  • Design and develop training programs, courses, and learning materials
  • Ensure that content aligns with organizational goals and meets the identified learning needs
  • Training Delivery:
  • When needed, especially for the Sales Organizations, facilitate training sessions using various methods, such as workshops, webinars, elearning, and instructorled training
  • Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences
  • Work in alignment with Medical Affairs department to define internal training programs
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Continuous Learning Program:
  • Implement continuous learning initiatives to support ongoing skill development
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development
  • Support the onboarding process in order to make in efficient and ensure that onboarding programs cover essential information and provide a positive orientation experience
  • Technology Integration:
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies in the field of learning and development in order to implement them locally when appropriate
  • Evaluation and Assessment:
  • Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to make improvements
  • Performance Support:
  • Identify opportunities for career growth and advancement within the organization
  • Reporting and documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluation results
  • Generate reports on training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
