Objetivos: Cero tiempo muerto en lineas de produccion. Cero accidentes. 100 % de cumplimiento al programa de mantenimiento preventivo. Garantizar instalaciones seguras y disponibles en todo momento. Desarrollo de personal técnico experto en equipo de corte y procesos.
Funciones Claves del Puesto1. Programacion de mantenimientos preventivos.2. Administracion del personal a cargo en las diferentes areas.3. Realizar planes de accion para reduccion de tiempo muerto.4. Desarrollar tecnicos en los diferentes equipos del proceso.5. Comunicador de problemas o mejoras a los equipos de trabajo.6. Control y administracion del Tool Crib.7. Mantener la maquinaria trabajando sin interrupciones y cumpliendo con todas las medidas de seguridad.8. Control de presupuestos y gastos.9. Mejora continua de equipo e instalaciones.10. Control de tiempo muerto imputable al mantenimiento.
Educación:
Ingeniero Electromecanico, Mecatronico o afin
Habilidades:
Sistemas de Mantenimiento Preventivo, Correctivo, Manejo de paquetes computacionales, Desarrollador de sistemas, Conocedor de sofwares, Electricidad Industrial, Ingles
Experiência:
Máquinas cortadoras de cable, equipos de procesos intermedios, unidades basicas de trabajo, sistemas de seguridad
Formación:
Desarrollo en equipo de procesos, conocimiento en office,Ingles. Conocedor de sofwares.
