Currently we are looking for our next: Manager, Revenue Management Insights


Which is the main objective of this role?


The R.M.I Capability team leverages and shares Insight-driven tools that impact revenue management system knowledge across the sector to ensure data integrity and system reliability.

This manager role will oversee all Insights for revenue management aspects, continuously driving enhancements and improvements to maximize consumer-centric data, advance analyst productivity, and achieve business objectives.


The R.M.I Capability Manager is responsible for developing and implementing critical Net Revenue Insights (NRI) principles to drive revenue management decisions and better effectiveness from consumer and context information.

This role develops the Center of Excellence on R.M.I.

It will support the development of best-in-class methodologies, frameworks, playbooks, and suppliers, ensuring PepsiCo counts with quality insights data enabling RM leaders to impact better Promo Optimization, Pricing & Assortment Strategy, and Analytical models, among other tools and processes.

This role will also steward connectivity and actively work across COE functions from different sectors to drive action, accountability, and value-based decision-making aligned to global R.M.I.

principles.


Define & deploy foundational insights capabilities for revenue management needs through Sector Capability priorities and via a capability framework with regular assessment & action planning at the BU level.

Train and upskill Insighters to ensure a strong rev mgmt. Mindset and skills set across the organization.


Qualifications:

What will you be doing?

  • Partner with the OU ́s Revenue Management team, understand their key business questions and translate those into a Capability Learning Agenda.
  • Serve as inhouse expert on Insights Methodologies for R.M. processes and methodology standards, providing the user community with guidance and answering questions relating to NRI capabilities, functionality, and best practices
  • Maximize system performance through datadriven Metaanalysis that periodically can bring reports anticipating moves that the R.M team can activate and evaluate functionality, highlighting areas for improvement and expected benefit for his stakeholders.
  • Present new initiatives and build business cases for senior leadership review
  • Align Latam ́s calendar on R.M.I
  • Fosters a learning culture that embraces change by prioritizing vital operating principles: trust, operational sustainability, and speed to execution.

  • Expertise in revenue management concepts and data flows
  • Ability to analyze performance and results of products/initiatives and develop business cases for new product opportunities, enhancements, or improvements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and senior leaders
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fastmoving environment
  • Strong, demonstrated problemsolving skills involving both business problems and people interactions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate information accurately, clearly, professionally, and concisely. Needs to excel at telling stories with numbers.
  • Ability to quickly distill trends and create multiple strategic options based on agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Proven strategic thinking and successful execution coordination
  • Strong initiative and willingness to take on leadership responsibilities required
  • Critical POV someone who proposes and challenges the team
