Responsibilities:


Technical Project Management Analyst

Main Purpose

Accountabilities / Responsibilities**- _

Project PMO Support Kick-Off & Overall Direction - Ensure project objective and the 'how' to deliver are clear and understood by the entire project team.

Facilitate the definition of project goals, objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables. Define project tasks and resource requirements with the Project Leader and team._
- _ Scope & Change Control
  • Ensure completeness and alignment of full scope with project teams and manage/reduce unnecessary scope creep via change control measures._
- _ Project Governance & Meetings
  • Establish Ways Of Working (WOW) for the project team including meeting cadence, documentation, communication, roles and responsibilities. Coach the crossfunctional project team on best practice project management. For allocated projects, collate agendas, facilitate meetings, distribute meeting minutes, and track actions. Followup with open actions and ensure action items are completed on time. _
- _Ensure to drive discussions, ask impartial questions, and anticipate and highlight potential impacts. _
- _Build and maintain project plans and timelines throughout project lifecycle._
- _ Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Making
  • Identify and ensure appropriate engagement with stakeholders for the project. Ensure engagement with global and regional representatives (as applicable) at key stages of the project. Support decisionmaking forums through the preparation of materials for Stage Gate governance. _
- _Understand the R&D organization, set of cross functional stakeholders, associated roles and responsibilities and ways of working_
- _ Risks, Issue & Dependency Management
  • Ensure project risks are assessed, managed, and mitigated with the appropriate level of stakeholder engagement. Lead crossfunctional risk workshops and ensure ongoing management of mitigation of the plan. Support project teams with issue management and resolution, understanding appropriate escalation channels. Actively manage interdependencies through highlighting them to the project team and ensuring links are established with other projects to gain clarity on any potential impacts._
- _ Reporting & Tracking
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and reporting processes. Ensure company standard project management systems are used to plan, monitor, and review project execution with the relevant KPIs. Capture and communicate lessons learned on innovation projects_
- _ Provide administrative support on projects. For example, fill out forms/paperwork (certain TSG forms, material qualification request, non
  • GMO paperwork etc.), manage project budget/expenses and monthly forecasts, coordinate ingredient/ packaging material orders for plant tests (vendor quotes, PO's, tracking shipments, goods receipts, etc.)_

Qualifications:

Qualifications / Requirements
- _
Ability to interpret technical information, escalate issues and seek alignment towards workable solutions_
- _ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite _
- _Familiarity with PMI methodology preferred. Project Management Professional Certified (PMP) a plus, eligibility to get the certification is a plus_
- _ Good communication skills - oral and written (e.g. communication on telephone, external and internal to PepsiCo, managing with other support group functions, etc.)_
