Verify the product Quality compliance and product performance based on Quality standards, internal KPI's and customer specifications.

Coordinate and execute complex tasks, activities and projects in order to ensure the quality of the products and at the same time meet production goalsIn your new role you will:

• Conduct regular compliance check of control plan deployment and quality controls are regularly reviewed for improvements
• 
  Non conformance handling in the line through DDM, MRB.

Ensure timely and effective containment, risk assessment and disposition of internal non conformance:

• 
  Moderate 8D review for internal problem solving (MRB, QMR):
• Active participation in daily Tier Meetings e.g. create awareness of top deviation detractors and their impacts and share effectiveness of defined actions
• Engage in Quality Improvement Project and drive effectiveness of defined improvement actions with main focus on firewall
• 
  Perform verification and cascading of CAPA from 8D (MRB, QMR):
• Ensure documentations (specifications, FMEA, etc.) fit their actual practice
• Support safe launch for process change management and new product or material introductionYou are best equipped for this task if you have:
• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic or related
• 
  2 to 3 year experience in Quality area.
• 
  PCP, Quality Stand ISO 900, TS 16-949, PDCA's, APQP (Control Plan, Flow Chart & PFMEA), 8D's, SPC, Six Sigma Yellow Belt (desired):
• Extent of technical knowledge
• English 70%
• MS Office 70%
