Primary focus is to plan and perform

complex audits. Independently assesses the quality and condition of controls; reports findings and makes recommendations as to the adequacy and effectiveness of the organization's system of internal control. Conducts audits in accordance with internal audit standards, corporate policies and procedures, contractual terms and conditions, and other regulatory requirements.

Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit clients files in Dealer Network to identify any noncompliance situation with internal policies.
Communicate to the administrative representative at the Dealer Network main deficiencies to receive more information to clarify preliminary issues.
Report to the Supervisor or a Junior Manager preliminary issue to receive feedback from their findings.
Identify any potential risk into the Dealer Network and communicate to the Total Customer Satisfaction Area.
Perform TSTs, preliminary issues report, closing reports, attend any Dealers'doubts, send survey monkey questionnaires, receive and give feedback to the Supervisor or Junior Manager to accurate testing.
Document current activities into internal manuals.
Draw logical conclusions based on information gathered during the audit to determine financial impact of audit results and share with Junior Manager.
Communicate audit results to Dealers and other related groups.

Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineer, industrial engineer or related.

Previous Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in internal or external auditing and handling interviews. (desirable)

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Language:
Intermediate English

Travel: 90% with Nissan dealers in Mexico and LATAM.

Must have:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to have:
Knowledge in Power BI

Competencies:

Be methodological and oriented to problem solving, analytical, negotiating, proactive, organized, outgoing, and planning.
Skills in collecting and analyzing complex data and drawing logical conclusions. Good understanding and knowledge of audit procedures, including work paper preparation and review techniques. Excellent oral and written skills.
