The Role You will be responsible for :
Conducting outbound cold calls to prospects using dialers. Selecting dispositions for the prospects/contacts accordingly within the dialer platform. Skillfully addressing objections and concerns raised during calls. Arranging follow-up calls and maintain call schedules. Ideal Profile Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound call roles targeting English-speaking markets. At least 1 year of experience in US Real Estate Cold Calling. Positive and energetic attitude that resonates over the phone. Clear, pleasant voice with excellent tone and pitch. Exceptional communication skills with a neutral, clear accent. Proficiency in using MS Teams, Salesforce (optional), and dialer systems. Tech-savvy with a stable internet connection (minimum 20mbps) and reliable equipment. Familiarity with tools such as Left Main, smrtPhone, PropStream, and DataZapp. What's on Offer?
