What will you do?
We are hiring a FP&A Junior Analyst in our business center. This position works in a multi-disciplinary team of other peers.

S/he will track, report, accrue and manage Rebates and Royalties for Security Products business units and will collaborate in the preparation and analysis of financial results, presentations and other requested projects.

S/he will be part of the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support 'optimal' business decision making.

How you will do it?

Working close with SP collections team and Key Customers contacts to ensure effective communication and improvement of Rebates and Royalties Management
Developing automated financial and performance reports using reporting tools
Compiling financial information for business reviews
Assisting in preparation and loading of forecasts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Operating within established finance procedures
Documenting risks and escalating them to management
Ensuring adequate internal controls are maintained

What we look for?

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting

- + 1year of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/ Finance.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Hyperion Enterprise and Essbase knowledge highly required
Strong analytical skills and desire to develop business acumen
Strong customer and business orientation
Ability to think creatively, highlydriven and selfmotivated
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
Fluent in English
