A large freight forwarding company is looking for an
Ocean Import Customer Service Rep for their office in Tijuana, Mexico.

The company has multiple offices worldwide. You will work with a great team and have an excellent opportunity to grow within the company. This is a full-time position (not remote).

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Logistics, international business etc
Have 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry, preferably with a focus on Road logistics/ Ocean freight / Quotations
Knowledge in international and national logistics, maritime, Mexican customs brokerage.
Some knowledge in port operations in Mexico and USA ( Port long beach, Ensenada, Manzanillo, Veracruz)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customerfocused demeanor.
Proficiency English written and verbal, is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Ability to multitask and priorities tasks in a fastpaced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
