    JOB DESCRIPTION The purpose of this position is to support the US Wholesale business, including monthly financial reporting, forecasting and annual budgeting.

    This position will work closely with members of the finance and accounting teams as well as cross-functional business partners (Sales, Planning, Merchandising, etc).

    Candidate must be an ambitious self-starter who can manage, track, analyze large sets of data, ensure forecast accuracy and completeness, as well as coordinate with various teams across the business.

    Key responsibilities Monthly / Quarterly financial forecast and Annual Financial Plan in alignment with key functional team membersPartner with key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and management against targets including month / quarter end close activities and variance analysisPrepare and maintain management reports to inform state of the businessPartner with sales and planning teams to manage sales dilution programsDrive and verify approval request process for pricing, invoice discounts, and various dilution programsStrong collaboration with business partners to monitor results and provide data and analysis with focus on key financial metricsApply business knowledge to ad hoc analysis to help drive / influence business decisionsQualifications Bachelor's degree required, Finance or Accounting major preferredMinimum 5 years experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, commercial banking, or investment bankingDemonstrated knowledge and proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, budget management, and development of controls and proceduresUS GAAP accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Income Statement and Balance SheetStrong organizational skills : high attention to detail, consistent follow throughStrong MS Office and Excel skills; experience with Hyperion Essbase and SAP, a plusStrong team player and the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment while developing effective relationships and achieving results
