Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Marketing and Communications Production and Support resource to be responsible for the development and production of content assets for internal and external customers and will provide communications support to the IC community where applicable.

The foundation is understanding customer needs and turning them into ideas, designs, concepts and communications plans, taking into account customer identity, branding and messaging.

Your daily activities are:

Invitation design for every webinar
Reports and tracking for On 24 events
Updated data base for customers
Update and track inventory with M&C giveaways
Event logistics support
Assisting as necessary

The main skills we require are:

Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Good understanding of events logistics
Administrative profile
Detail oriented
English 85%
