Descripción

• Responsible for customer training, onsite technical support and troubeshooting;
• Help change and switch new parts for damaged equipment;
• Help introduce/ promote new products and technologies to clients, and collect market feedback and suggestions;
• Work cooperatively within a team and with other departments,
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor ;

• College diploma or equivalent, major in Computer Science, Engineering or other related majors
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in the time-sensitive environment
• Experience working with A/V equipment a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Working in a multicultural environment.
