We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake & Scheduling Coordinator to support new client inquiries and help schedule evaluations efficiently and compassionately.Responsibilities
- Communicate with new leads via phone, email, and text (English & Spanish)
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls
- Schedule evaluations across different time zones
