Are you done with the back to back calls? If you have experience in call center, you may join our team to provide technical assistance through chat to clients in the United States.

If you are clear

via chat, you won't need to perform any call

Provide solutions for issues related to low internet speed and cable T. V. issues for the #1 Internet provider in the USA.


OFFER
Payment according to worked hours. (RPH MXN$83)

14K monthly average with 2 days off a week

All law benefits from the first day.

100% paid training from day one.

Training 7am to 5pm


Private insurances (life, medical, dental & visual ) All of them once you reach the 90 days in the company.

Requirements:


Basic tech support knowledge:

Difference between modem and router, basic troubleshooting for low internet speed, troubleshooting for cable TV encoders or cable boxes, bandwidth domain, how to locate the IP address of a computer, among others.


  • It is essential that you have at least 1 year of experience in a bilingual call center (preferably in tech support).
  • High School diploma or equivalent (bachillerato).
  • Schedule availability between
Monday-Sunday from 7am to 10pm

  • Availability to work onsite (Azcapotzalco, CDMX)
  • Customer service skills (how to be emphatic, how to deal with upset customers, express clearly)
