    Asegurar las operaciones ejecutadas bajo los estándares integrales operativos del área agrícola para lograr el cumplimiento de los KPI's.< /p>

    El líder de cuadrilla está al frente de la operación en campo, reportando directamente al Gerente de Operaciones Agave, teniendo bajo su cargo una cuadrilla de jornaleros (de acuerdo al número de plantas), más tractoristas y choferes.< /p>

    Tareas del rol

    • Supervisar que las actividades en el predio se realicen correctamente según estándares o procedimientos.
    • Dar la plática segura antes iniciativas actuales . Llenar formatos requeridos por actividad.
    • Cumplir plan semanal extst >< / l i>
      Asegurarse persona cuentan con equipo protección personal completo buen estado.
