    This role reports to the Business Analysis Division Controller for the JBS Regional Beef business unit. There is close interaction with several departments at the corporate office including Sales, Pricing, Scheduling, and Operations. This position also works closely with team members at our plant locations to ensure that our reporting is timely and accurate. The desired candidate must have strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. This role is responsible for a variety of high-visibility and high-impact reports and is a great opportunity for the right person to launch a long-term career with JBS.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Development and maintenance of analytical tools/models for all areas of Regional Beef Business Unit
    • Provide timely and accurate analysis to leadership and other decision-makers at JBS
    • Take lead on identifying areas where further analysis can improve performance and financial results
    • Work closely with department managers to complete information requests with a focus on continuous improvement and automation
    • Implement new technology where needed to improve processes and the quality of information
    • Be able to clearly communicate with leadership and peers on complex issues specific to the industry
    • Other analysis and project management to support the Regional Beef team
    • Other duties as assigned
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's Degree in IT related field preferred
    • Experience in Accounting/Finance setting preferred
    • 2+ years' experience in analytic role
    • Experience in Qlik Sense, SQL script, SAP BPC, and SAP Business Objects is desired
    • Strong organizational skills and acute attention to details
    • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
    • Advanced skills in Excel preferred
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and ask questions as needed
    • Meat industry experience is a major plus
    • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
    • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.
    The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
    • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
    • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
    • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule
    • Base salary range of $70,000- $85,000 ; and
    • This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program
