The Role:


We are looking for a passionate, relentless, and smart person who is looking for an incredible journey within this amazing fast-growing Fintech company as the
Intern for the Online Payments organization.

At Clip she/he will be responsible to support the definition of Go-To-Market strategies with multiple stakeholders, implement it and ensure proper execution of the strategic initiatives for internal channels', partnerships' and financial institutions' teams.

This role will also be responsible to provide visibility, keep track and evaluate Go-To-Market initiatives to determine their effectiveness.


This role requires you to be able to communicate with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure alignment among them and initiatives are properly launched, tracked accordingly, and perform according to plan.


What will I be doing?

  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis supporting key strategic decisionmaking processes
  • Support developing monthly status report for the Clevel and support execution of CNP's plans both internal and external
  • Support organizing and prioritizing asks/request from Clip and Partners so that we can eventually build a more effective process/ or even automate it.
  • Be the liaison with the owners of all workstreams involved in a relationship and the partners
  • Support Card Not Present Revenue team to become more effective on solving the daily operations with financial institutions (by transforming the processes and the way we solve initiatives in an automated and more efficient way).
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, within the last year of the degree. (Business, Finance, Marketing)
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problemsolving skills; having the ability of making smart decisions with imperfect info.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence change across functions.
  • Selfstarter, willing to take calculated risks, champion of continuous improvement

  • Excels in dealing with ambiguity and feels comfortable with being challenged continuously.
