Objective of job


Ensures the quiality of the series and LTS material received in the Receipt Inspection area adn it ensueres that the materials maintain the specified quality according to the client ́s expectations.

The Receiving Inspection Senior Supervisor cooperates and supervises the management of complaints eith suppliers in case of shipments or non-conforming parts, in addition to being a key user in the management of the QSYS system.


Principle activities

  • Ensure Communication and training of all relevant policies, rules and processes for all employees within his or her area of responsibility.
  • Ensure implementation of the process management roles within his or her area of responsibility and assign process team members at the plant.
  • Define goals within his or her area of responsibility in line with goals at the higher level and in line with the corporate goals.
  • Promote riskbased thinking with his or her area of responsibility for all processes.
  • Identify and monitor internal and external issues his or her area of responsibility.
  • Determine and monitor the relevant interested parties and their requirements.
  • Determine and provided resources needed to implement and maintain all processes within his or her area of responsibility.
  • Ensure and promote continuous improvement or all relevant processes within his or her area of responsibility.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinates and ensures the documentation of inspection results to ensure traceability of components purchased in QSYS.
  • Ensure that the team's activities follow the guidelines of the Draexlmaier Management System Manual and the IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards, as well as the quality standards defined by the Client.
  • Train the staff that is defined in the different QSYS modules according to the needs of the department: Complaint management, Inspection Planning, etc.
  • Make sure that the client approach is promoted throughout the organization.
  • Ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when planning and implementing changes in the quality management system.

Job requirements
Bachelor ́s Degree Industrial/Mechanical Engineer

Professional graduated with 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.

At least 3 years in Supplier Quality

Structured problem solving experience

English Advanced Level
