Responsibilities:


The Opportunity
This position will provide support to the ISCP (Integrated Supply Chain Planning) Team for Frito-Lay US.

This team owns the owns the ordering, tracking, and related activities for existing and new products that are sold in all business channels in the US.

This specific role will own the promotional planning activities to drive overall supply chain performance and efficiency in both the area of innovation and everyday.

This position will also be responsible for several key service metrics. Key systems the employees will work in are SAP R7 ECC, SAP Hana and and the Frito-Lay POET system.


Your Impact
As Promotional Planning Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Key supply chain planning activities for this role include:
  • Ensures day to day POET event management for the business including but not limited ordering, inventory tracking, new item setup management, reconciliation and executive reporting.
  • Execute proactive task to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Partner to develop and track action plans on event misses and lesson's learned.
  • Effective summarization and commuincaiton of execution Participate in daily weekly VIP calls with DC (Distribution Centers) and Plants.
  • Partner with ISCP team on ordering and product demands.
  • Identify Service Trends and Action plan to close gaps.
  • Provide training to others as needed to build bench strength.
  • Execute adhoc assignments as needed.
  • Responsible for Key Service Metrics (DCs/Plants/S2U facilities):
  • Fill Rate (Produced, Non-Produced, IMOPs, Bins, FSV).
  • Innovation Stales Performance, POET Item Stales.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Planning or similar field required.
  • Fluent English written and verbal skills required.
  • 1 2 yrs experience working in Supply Chain Planning with SAP programs familiarity preferred.
  • Highly motivated selfstarter with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong customer service and communicational skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision, while possessing the flexibility to assist and lead others.
  • Willingness to work off shifts, longer hours, weekends, and holidays when business needs require it.
  • Basic working knowledge of Marketing, Product Supply, Manufacturing, Field Sales, Purchasing and Accounting preferred.
  • Inquisitive, selfmotivated, detail oriented and results driven.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fastpaced environment and changing priorities.
  • Capable of taking a task with mínimal instructions and exceeding expectations, with strong follow up skills and a detail orientation.
  • Possesses highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present at team meetings.
