TRAINING SPECIALIST

Job summary

  • Responsible of Technical Training programs.
  • Responsible to manage internal technical school.

Skills and Education

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering: Industrial, Electronics or Mechatronics preferable
  • English 80% (must have)
  • 3 years min of experience in training coordination inside industry
  • Knowledge on SMT Process, Soldering repair, SMT equipment maintenance (this requirement is a plus)

Essential job functions

  • Technical training design
  • Manage DL Training System
  • Training materials design (manuals, test, pamphlets, visual aids)
  • Internal Technical School Management: attract young talent; follow up their performance
  • Training process coordination
  • Maintain 6'S in training rooms
  • Design and administration of general forms (equipment load, check list)

Salario:
$1.00 - $2.00 al mes


Horario:

  • Lunes a viernes
  • Turno de 8 horas
  • Turno matutino
