***Support in coordinating and attending to the staff who visit us within the company's facilities. Provide general information to all internal and external staff. Keep track of all the movements of material inputs and outputs within the company, as well as support the Human Resources area in its different activities and projects.

ESSENTIAL OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering calls received through Amphenol's switchboard and/or telephones, directing them to the corresponding staff, as well as taking the messages if necessary and following up.
  • To keep track of the registration of internal and external personnel following the internal regulations and policies of the OAS.
  • Ensure that the instructions given to the security personnel are complied with when in charge of the reception area.
  • Supervise the entry and exit of correspondence from both visitors and collaborators, giving the correct followup by the policies established for this purpose.
  • Capture of information, elaboration of files of the HR department,
  • Generation of requisitions for Human Resources, nursing, and general services
  • Print and collect signatures of training certificates.
  • Control of room keys and each area within the organization.
  • Keep communication boards up to date.
  • Control of the entry and exit of tools and materials from internal and external personnel.
  • Stationery management.
  • Control and monitoring of coffee break stock.
  • Inform the canteen of the overtime of collaborators.
  • Support in translation of various information of the company.
  • Support in the registration of training received in the system and printing of training forms.
  • Support in various general human resources activities.

SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years experience in front desk position, customer service, agenda management, switchboard, and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of office packaging
  • Intermediate/Advanced English Proficiency

EDUCATION, TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONS

  • High School or bachelor degree (desired)
  • DNCbased inhouse training
