The Global People Services (GPS) Americas HUB is Nissan Americas HR Shared Service Center. The HR HUB Process & Efficiency Specialist plays an integral role in ensuring HUB operational excellence.

This Specialist, HR HUB Process & Efficiency supports the GPS HUB Operations Center Team.

This role will lead in the audit and controls of new processes as well as the improvement and continuous innovation for existing processes.

This position will be responsible for providing guidance and support to HR HUB operations for process mapping, SLA development, high quality operating procedures, and developing quality measures.


Responsibilities:


  • Familiarize yourself with all HUB team operations.
  • Lead the process, audits, and controls for existing processes.
  • Follow up and guarantee all processes are being executed and have the proper control and checks in place to guarantee completion and establish proper audits.
  • Look for automatization and continuous improvement in current processes.
  • Works with operations teams to develop process maps, procedure documentation, knowledge base content, & SLA's.
  • They should become system experts to assist the teams in full capability utilization of HR systems and platforms (Workday, ServiceNow).
  • Ability to create reports and analyze root cause driven by solution oriented.
  • Maintains close relationship with each supported operations team leaders as well as HUB Ops Effectiveness team.
  • As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.

Requirements:


  • Full Bachelor's degree
  • Oneyear experience in Shared Services or HUB services.
  • MS Office Advanced.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.

Competencies:


  • Knowledge of business process engineering and process improvement methodologies and tools. Six Sigma or related certification a plus.
  • Experience in managing projects from brainstorm through development, execution, and hypercare.
  • Able to communicate with and present to all levels of employees/management. Must be able to clearly explain the design, check and flow of various processes in a way that all can understand.
