Job Description General Description**- Designs, implements and monitors human resource programs and policies, incorporating human resources information systems (HRIS/HR IT). Anticipates and plans for long-term human resources needs and trends designing solutions according with those requirements.
- Researches, analyzes, designs and maintains information systems in support of human resources administration and projects.
- Monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements. HR IT Country Process Expert.
- Leads and develops Direct reports and the greater HR community through the digitalization journey.
- Identifies improvement opportunities and drives automation projects.
Specific Tasks
- Lead implementation projects for modules PY, PA and TM for sites in Mexico.
- Ensure the making of adjustments of the SAP HR system for legal compliance and/or site specific needs. (G)
- Manage the implementation of improvements to the SAP HR system. (S)
- Coordinate the training and support for SAP modules, PA, TM, ESS, MSS in collaboration with the Country Process Experts (CPE)s. (S)
- Provide third level support to the HR processes related to SAP. (S)
- Provide third level support to users of ESS employee selfservice system (S)
- Perform and coordinate the validation of different tests of PA, TM in the Test environment before releasing a new production process P59. (S)
- Coordinate efforts between HR IT areas and Payroll team (FSP) in aligning HR processes and payroll. (G)
- Coordinate and implement training processes of all new and current HR IT tools for all Mexico sites (S)
- Leads and oversees the business analytics function to provide datadriven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives
- Define the data model for the Business Analytics project across the region targeting the solution of major business problems
- Drive Continuous improvement in the HRZ52 team by utilizing a variety of Automation tools.
Qualifications
- 5 years of work experience in simmilar position
- Background in Information Systems / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Human Resources & payroll processes
- SAP / ERP knowledge
- Project Management (IT projects, SAP Payroll & Personnel Administration, Time Management). Agile project Management, Lean Methodology.
- Communication & Training skills
- Business Intelligence Tools and Metrics
- Microsoft tools & integrated environment: MS office, MS Teams, Dashboards, Azzure apps.
- Bilingual SP / EN
