Responsibilities:
Tests and brings systems into an operational state (commissioning)
Tests and commissions individual components of systems
Schedules and coordinates segments of projects to meet cost and time objectives
Guides routine review of engineering designs and documentation to ensure compliance with project design criteria and standards
Develops and guides corrective modification of hardware and software systems, projects, and/or equipment
Develops the design and engineering of systems and start-up plans for overall system
Documents job activities through written reports
Participation in Continuous improvement initiatives
Share knowledge and best practices with Engineering Peers.
Coordinate with engineering team for field project execution
Education:
Bachelor's degree - Preferred in Mechatronics engineering.
Advanced English, written and oral
Tasks and Qualifications:
Working knowledge and experience:
PLC software (Siemens, ABB, Bechoff)
Technical Drawing (Mechanical, Electrical)
Industrial Network configuration (profinet, ASi, CAN)
Automation Systems.
Electrical Cabinets design
Industrial equipment (mechanical & electrical)
CAD software (AutoCad, SolidWorks)
Order Entry Process
Continuous improvement methodology
Technical Leadership (Mechanical, Controls)
Project Leadership (Mechanical, Controls)
Field Project Execution (Mechanical, Controls)
Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW) Certified
On site Safety training
Use of basic Mechanical & electrical Tools,
Microsoft 365 Skills (Word, Excel, PPT. etc)
- 3 year of experience in automation. (Siemens or ABB)
- 2 year of experience in field assignments
- 1 year of experience leading field teams
- 1 year of experience coordinating engineering projects
- 1 year of experience in engineering design (mechanical or controls)
Travel:
Travel - up to 95% (including international)
