    About the jobThe Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire and captivate the consumer while creating a consistent brand representation across all materials in Mexico and LATAM.

    This role will develop creative ideas and concepts to suit project objectives.


    Responsibilities:

    1.Creates visual artwork for social media, EC websites etc.

    to communicate to and captivate target consumers.2.Build upon current design of the materials from HQ while adhering to the OnePlus brand standards (social media, EC website etc.) to localize design work to meet Mexico and LATAM aesthetics.3.Create illustration design work for OnePlus mascot and help to develop the IP culture.4.Collaborates with Digital Manager in full-cycle development of graphics from research and strategy to art direction and creation.5.Maintain consistent graphic and illustration standards and database for all content.6.Ensure that all projects are within deadlines and budget constraints.7.Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.


    Requirements:


    1.2+ years of experience in graphic design and illustration skill for marketing materials, social media and EC website.2.Experience in IP creation is preferred.3.Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude is important.4.Strong attention to detail when finalizing designs.6.Ability to work independently on a variety of projects under pressure, as well as collaboratively with team members in effectively communications.7.Bilingual oral and written communication skills (Spanish and English) is preferred.8.Please send your graphic design and illustration collection with CV together.
