Job Description Summary:

In this role, you will provide HR partnership to the Border Operations (BOP) Supply Chain Executive, developing and executing HR strategy in support of the global Patient Care Solutions (PCS) business objectives.

Additionally, as the HR site leader for the Juarez team, you and your team will serve as the first point of contact for people leaders and employees to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee related questions.

You will execute our key HR initiatives, providing available and responsive internal employee support and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement while championing key initiatives including safety, inclusion and diversity, culture and quality.


Essential Responsibilities
Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple senior leaders and employees within the BOP Supply Chain team.

Direct and lead the HR team within a complex business environment, including supporting multiple matrixed organizations aligned with our PCS Strategic Business Unit (SBU).


Responsibilities Include:


  • Partner with client leaders and their staff to provide strategic HR partnership to develop and execute both longterm and shortterm HR strategies that directly support and enable the SBU and Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)'s objectives.
  • Strategically partner with leadership teams to design and implement the most effective organizational structures to drive horizontal teaming, compliance & safety culture to support business growth, simplification, and maximized team performance
  • People Leadership of an onsite HR team including priority setting, talent development and ongoing coaching and guidance.
  • Provide timely, effective, and direct coaching to business leaders, assisting in the development of strong, contemporary leadership skills
  • Provide strategic coaching to key talent in extended client group as it pertains to succession planning, career path development, and performance management
  • Drive efficiency and consistency across all functions within the site to improve the culture and employee engagement.
  • Lead and coach site leadership on HR processes including: Employee advocacy/engagement, Employee relations management, Performance management, Career development, Talent assessment, acquisition, and retention, and Workplace investigations as appropriate
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and HR Solutions teams (People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, etc) professionals to execute SBU and sitespecific HR strategies
  • Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved in a timely manner
  • Conduct investigations including gathering, preserving, documenting and analyzing all available information and evidence, and in some circumstances, making recommendations to the business on disciplinary action
  • Lead key HR processes including compensation planning and compliance
  • Conduct HR training and support for functional processes like Performance Development, People Review, Salary Planning, New Employee Orientation
  • Drive People Leader excellence through training, intentional development planning, seeking and providing feedback and coaching to site leaders, roundtables, and team/leader assimilations, as needed.
  • Lead annual union negotiations effectively

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant work experience) (Administration or Industrial Engineering)
  • Some travel required for training purposes (less than 10% of the time)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources Manager/Human Resources Business Partnership positions with increasing scope of responsibility and a deep understanding of employee life cycle processes.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal communication skills
