SWBC is seeking a talented individual to assist the Offices of Corporate Information Security and Corporate Physical Security in the management and exaction of information and physical security controls to protect company owned and controlled assets, information, personnel, and property.

Manage the first line of defense that is our Physical Security presence at the entrance to our office.

Works with corporate security leaders and management stakeholders to identify internal and external threats and supports efforts to deter, respond, and recovery from incidents and events.

  • Essential duties include the following:_
  • Manages the daily operations of the access control system, CCTV, fire, intrusion and building security systems.
  • Maintain thirdparty vendor relationships to ensure reliable vendor response to maintaining the company's critical security systems, equipment and services.
  • Manage the thirdparty contracted physical security officers ensuring adequate coverage to support a safe work environment; including the occasional provision of armed security presence as may be required.
  • Manages the Emergency Conditions Team ensuring active member participation, training, and routine testing of the plan.
  • Represents the Office of Corporate Physical Security in reporting and investigating accidents and incidents on or against the company or its properties, including interaction with local law enforcement agencies or other emergency services personnel.
  • Serves as the emergency communication liaison for the operational area. Supports the development, implementation, testing, monitoring, and maintenance of emergency communication plans and multichannel message delivery. Initiates emergency communications at the direction of physical or information security personnel and the site director to inform employees of emergency events and local hazards. Works with stakeholders to ensure employee contact information is updated and actionable by, with, and through company provided technology.
  • Supports audit, assessment, and compliance processes. As requested by the CISO, employee gathers information to support internal and external assurance efforts to help demonstrate management's controls are implemented and effective. Obtains physical or digital information from stakeholders or information systems related to business processes, technology, and security controls to support compliance processes.
  • Supports the full asset management lifecycle of security keys (e.g., identity tokens), to include issuing, replacing, inventorying, and submitting lost asset reports. Supports information security team's processes to ensure employees can use secondary authentication factors. Issues and tracks temporary tokens when needed.
  • Supports information security incident and other corporate investigations at the direction of the CISO. Investigations may include taking possession of company owned or controlled assets; ensuring chain of custody for the assets; coordinating interviews; working with local security contacts to obtain information; and preparing incident reports.
  • Supports management to enforce cleanroom standards. Ensures employees working in operational areas follow security standards and reports incidents of noncompliance to the CISO and management. Duties may include searching bags or containers; seizing personal devices or electronics; performing clean desk inspections; coordinating security assessments; performing random checks; and monitoring employee activity.
  • Supports resiliency planning, testing, and remediation. Serves as a local liaison to develop, implement, and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans related to physical and information security services. Facilities testing and remediation of issues and vulnerabilities with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Supports information security testing and control evaluation to evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of physical, technical, and administrative controls. Executes management approved security testing plans and reports findings to CISO and VP, Physical Security. Facilitates and supports effort to remediate vulnerabilities and/or implement and monitor compensating controls.
  • Arrange local services for VIPs visiting the location, to include provision of drivers, transportation, travel routes, travel briefs and recommendations.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required.
