    We are currently searching for a Java Technical Architect:

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead systems integration efforts within the team, ensuring seamless connectivity and operation.
    • Employ disciplined and rigorous approaches in the design and development of complex systems.
    • Conduct thorough requirements analysis, estimation, system, and application design, followed by testing.
    • Implement popular Design Patterns and leverage Agile methodologies effectively.
    • Foster collaboration, influence stakeholders and build consensus among various job functions.
    • Manage multiple competing priorities independently, exhibiting self-direction.
    • Actively contribute as a team player, delivering superior software products via Agile methodologies.
    • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, partners, and the team to ensure effective communication and alignment.

    Requirements:

    • Significant experience with systems integration, demonstrating expertise in connecting disparate systems.
    • Proficiency in Java Must, with a strong background in its design and development.
    • Expertise in Kafka Must and Microservices architecture Must, facilitating efficient message queuing and modular design.
    • Experience as an Integration Architect Must , guide the integration strategy and implementation.
    • Competence in Azure cloud services, utilizing its infrastructure and platform offerings effectively.
    • Familiarity with modern languages, frameworks, and technologies, including JavaScript, , and cloud infrastructure.
    • Understanding of distributed computing architectures, including race conditions, parallelism, and concurrency control.
    • Excellent collaboration, influencing, and consensus-building skills, essential for effective teamwork.
    • Experience in healthcare Payer is a Must

    Desired:

    • Proven track record working on large/complex systems within a team environment.
    • Architectural and technical experience with cloud-native solutions, especially Azure Cloud.
    • Ability to design REST APIs that enhance developer experience and simplify system integration.
    • Familiarity with SAFe Software Development Principles, facilitating alignment within Agile frameworks.
    • Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices, enhancing software delivery and deployment pipelines.
    • Proficiency in distributed caching solutions, understanding factors contributing to effective caching mechanisms.
    • Experience with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases, comprehending their benefits and trade-offs.
    • Knowledge of data-centric patterns such as normalization, denormalization, and sharding, contributing to efficient data management.
