Role Responsibilities:

Optimize Investment:
Manage funds effectively by analyzing investment impacts and reallocating for sales growth.

Define budget allocation strategyCoordinate Promotions
: Lead the design and implementation of investment archetypes with various stakeholders
Analyze Promotional Impact
:

Conduct analyses to improve promotions and resource allocation for better outcomes
Build Business Cases
:

Develop compelling arguments and analyses to shape brand strategies, including investments and promotions.

Enhance Customer Experience**:

Evaluate customer metrics and create action plans to seize opportunities for improvement.

Drive Profitability: Focus on enhancing profitability by aligning strategies with profit-driven objectives, ensuring that all activities of our team contribute to the bottom line.


Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial/Mathematics or related field
  • 13 years of professional experience in CPG's/Retail/Food Delivery/Financial Services companies, preferably with a commercial/marketing analytical expertise
  • Solid experience designing analyses and transforming data into insights to drive decision making
  • Comfortable working in a projectoriented approach
  • Strong analytical skills: analysis design + database management and modeling (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Great soft skills: crossfunctional collaboration + influencing skills to get things done; active listening, etc.
  • Solid communication: structured approach + design of executive presentations (e.g., MS PowerPoint, Google slides)
  • Language: advanced English
Experience in tech, e-commerce, startups and delivery platforms is greatly valued
